In the past month I visited a few of our designers at their home towns and studios. Meeting them personally gives a new angle to our relationship and a reason to continue and develop our work together and sometimes a reason to stop. We just ended another cycle at Roni Rabl. Closing Fall orders with all our brands and almost done with Spring/ Summer shipping. Our business is full of goals and expectations. We always want more for some odd reason . The pieces that are left on the shelves in June I will donate. As Sandy Lew told me a few years ago and I keep quoting her: " You made what you made and what's left will not change it". Brown and black are rocking Autumn-Winter 2019. The 1990s are making a comeback for a long time now. This years' AW19 collections are taking it to the next step. Brown used to dominate the scene and the streets at the beginning of the 1990s. Slowly, it went and became a color one tried to avoid. We always look for new designers to add to our family of brands.
Every season we go out "hunting" and many times come back with nothing.
For a brand to work we need it to bring fresh looks, novelty and something new for you to want to buy it. It has to ship on time and with high quality. We also want to work with good and kind people. Not an easy task to find.
I am happy to welcome 2 new brands into our Fall 18 package.
