We all need a mom. That figure in our life who is always there for us, shows up when needed and gives unconditional love.
It is easy for me to be a mother to my kids. Loving them unconditionally was and is always very easy. Nothing they do or say can offend me or change how I feel.
What I find more challenging and equally rewarding is when I can be my own mother. When I can comfort myself. When I can forgive myself and give myself a hug when I am feeling down.

I find trunk shows exhausting but I see how it can work when we do them right.
