The best advice my mother ever gave me was “Work smart not hard.”Many pearls of wisdom have fallen from my mothers mouth, and as she likes to say, proof is in the pudding. I followed in her footsteps to a t. She is my favorite person in the world.
“I started Smith Alder fine clothing when I was 46 and Jess was almost 13. She worked on Saturdays for a long time and, after college, came to work full-time for several years.
