Thought of the Week - Reset

I like my daily routines and tend to get comfortable in my habits. Change is always an effort for me and brings discomfort. 

But everything changes and it is good to practice change. Even a little one. 
Maybe I will start taking a different route on the way to the subway in the mornings (I notice that I always go through the same streets), or do my tai chi form a little differently, or maybe hear criticism differently? 
Little changes in 2023 to remind myself not to get stuck in my ways.
How will you practice change this coming year?
