Thought of the Week - Hiring

Hiring is a skill. It took me years to understand and learn. Even after all this time, I don't like doing it.

We are not hiring people who are friends. We want our employees to be stronger than us in the areas we need help with and not to be afraid of it.  And if we are afraid, we need to ask ourselves what we are afraid of.

Many of us own businesses but don't know how to be bosses (Or don't want to be).
