We talk a lot at work about how we come dressed on a daily basis matters. I see a connection between how I dress up in the morning and the way I function during the day. When I pay attention to what I wear and how I look, I find myself paying attention to other things too. To the team as well. I come with a certain intention.
If I didn’t do my hair and makeup that morning, and I didn’t care about how I looked, it would show in my overall attitude towards work. I want to show respect to myself and others by dressing up for my day.
