Thought of the week - The Now

This year requires so much from all of us but it mainly requires us to be creative and change as our world has changed. I keep thinking about the food industry and how it is similar to our industry. Restaurants that couldn’t make the shift into outdoor dining or didn't get better with delivery services closed down. Covid numbers are rising again as restaurants were just preparing to offer indoor dining.
New Yorkers dine out! I’m nervous and curious to see how restaurant owners will become creative in the next few months. Those that do, and they are out there, will survive. We have the same job to do! Become creative and learn how to service our ladies differently this year. If we don’t change with the world in 2021, we won't stay in business.
