Thought of the Week - Take a Break

When things get chaotic (and they are lately) I tend to forget my practice. I follow the chaos instead of pausing. So I just took a break from emailing and calling, stood on my feet to feel the ground, took a few deep breaths to remember the body that carries me daily and thanked it for sticking with me all these long days. Work can get overwhelming and the news these days doesn't help .... Do you remember to take a break? Happy Monday! - Yael Temporary
