Thought of the week - Staying sane

It is so easy to lose track these days. To lose hope, feel self-pity and forget the oneness of this crisis.
I took this weekend to rest and reflect. Trying to put the business aside for a day and look at the big picture.
To remind myself that I am a small part in something much bigger than me.
Without that spiritual practice I would probably go crazy. It keeps me anchored and open.
Nothing happened because we did something wrong and a lot of what happens next is not in our control.
We can only control our reaction to it. We can accept and move forward. Together.
